Changing/Cancelling your order

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel/change a scheduled delivery via our own fleet of vehicles. To cancel/change a next day delivery, we must be given notice before 2pm on the day of the order placed. Failure to do so will result in administration fee.

Returns after delivery

You can return goods within 28 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Credits on returns will only be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.

Faulty products

Our products are QC’d by our manufacturers before they leave them however on some occasions, items may get damaged in transit, or any electronic faults may get missed. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is free from faults before giving to your customer and all faults must be reported within 72 hours upon receipt of the item.
