What courier service do you use?

For small to medium items, we use Parcel Force who will deliver your items within 2 working days. For our much larger fittings we use a 2 man delivery company who handle your parcels with the highest care and deliver your item/s within 3-5 working days.

Do you use your own fleet of vehicles?

We do use our own fleet of vehicles to deliver your goods to UK Mainland and Ireland, to your business address and lead times on this can vary dependent upon on order value.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales, Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland.

How long does delivery take?

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales and delivered within 2-3 working days to Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland.

Can I collect my goods from your warehouse?

Yes you can. Our warehouse is based at Unit 1D, The Hill Top Industrial Estate, Birmingham, B70 0TX. We require 24 hours’ notice for all collections. For urgent orders, we are able to prioritise and have your order picked and ready within 4 hours for collection.

Do you charge for delivery?

If orders meet our minimum order value (MOV), then we do not charge for delivery. However, if order value is below MOV then there is an additional carriage charge.

Do you deliver B2C?

We do offer a drop shipping service direct to customers which is an additional charge.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my delivery?

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel/change a scheduled delivery via our own fleet of vehicles. To cancel/change a next day delivery, we must be given notice before 2pm on the day of the order placed. Failure to do so will result in administration fee.

How does Covid-19 affect deliveries?

Our external and internal delivery drivers comply with the governments Covid-19 delivery guidelines to keep everyone safe. This means they will follow hand hygiene procedures, they will wear masks and keep 2 meters away from you, avoid exchanging physical documentation and won’t ask you to sign their electronical touchpad upon receipt of delivery – they will instead take your name upon delivery.
